The T&M Studio

Tend & Mend Healing Studio is a cozy, two-room wellness space located on the second floor (walk-up) of a historic downtown Wilmington building.

The welcome room features a warm sitting area for adults and children, along with our thoughtfully curated T&M Shop. The adjoining healing room is designed for comfort and flexibility, equipped with cushions, a massage table, a multi-use table, and supportive tools—ideal for solo practitioners, private sessions, or small group gatherings.

Across the hall, guests have access to a communal space with a small kitchenette (including a mini fridge, table, and chairs) and two restrooms. The studio can comfortably host up to 16 people when both rooms are in use.

The space is available to rent as the welcome room only or the full studio (welcome + healing room). Please note: access is via a second-floor walk-up. Pictures and video below.
